Good evening and welcome to the City Of Roswell special called mayor and city council meeting of Monday, 08/11/2025.

I am Mayor Curt Wilson. I'd like to introduce my colleagues and council members present. Council member Sarah Beeson,

council member Christine Hall, she is on her way. Council member Pro Tem Lee Hills,

council member David Johnson,

council member William Mortland,

and council member Allen Sells.

There's only one item item on the agenda, chief legal officer and city attorney David Davidson. Would you read the item on the city attorney's report, please, sir? Thank you, mayor. The only item I have is a recommendation for closure to discuss personnel litigation in real estate. Thank you, David. Do I have a motion for closure? Motion by council member Johnson, seconded by council member Lee Hills. All those in favor go into closure, please do so by raising your hands. Let the record show that the vote is five to zero, unanimous,
