there's only one item on this agenda agenda. City chief legal officer and city attorney David Timmonson, would you read the item under the city attorney's report, please? Thank you, mayor. The only item I have is a recommendation for closure to discuss personal litigation and or real estate. Thank you very much. Do you have a motion for closure? Motion.
