There is only one item on this agenda. City attorney David Davidson, would you please read the item under the city attorney's report? Thank you, mayor. The only item I have is a recommendation for closure to discuss personnel litigation in or real estate. Thanks, David. Do I have a motion for closure? Motion. Motion from council member Johnson. Do I have a second? Second for council member Pro Tem Lee Hills. All in favor go into closure, please raise your hands.
