(Exemptions to the time limit are zoning applicants, appeals, and semi-judicial matters before Mayor and Council.). Comments should only be made on the agenda item under consideration. - Documents, pictures or presentation materials for distribution to the Mayor and Council must be submitted to the City Clerk by noon on Monday prior to the meeting.
