Last week's meetings

  • The Planning Commission met on February 17 to approve a conditional use permit for QuikTrip at 1050 Holcomb Bridge Road and re-elect Chair Kitty Singleton and Vice Chair Eric Schumacher for 2026.
  • The Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee met on February 17 to approve minutes and consider a recommendation to be presented to the Mayor and City Council.

Looking ahead

  • The Mayor and Council will meet on February 23 to present the Esteemed Veteran of Roswell Award to United States Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) Taylor Davis and consider approving a contract for Crabapple Center Interior Renovations for $890,000.
  • The Committees of Council will meet on February 24 to discuss the process for developing the TSPLOST project list for the 2026 referendum and consider awarding a contract of $427,998.64 for Cultural Arts Center upgrades.
