Last week's meetings
- The Mayor and Council met on February 9 to recognize Liberti Gates as the 2025 City of Roswell Employee of the Year, approve the Consent Agenda for the Green Street Mobility project, and approve the Nesbit Lakes Dredging Assistance Policy application.
- The Mayor and Council attended a Leadership Conference on February 13 at Roswell City Hall.
- The Committees of Council met on February 10 to approve contracts for interior painting ($98,200.00) and renovations ($890,000.00) for the Crabapple Center, and the FY2026 Assistance to Firefighters Grant application to move to the Mayor and Council.
- The Board of Zoning Appeals met on February 10 to re-elect Jahanzeb Jabbar as Chair and Mark Schumacher as Vice Chair, and unanimously approved a Stream Buffer Variance for 11446 Alpharetta Highway.
- The Historic Preservation Commission met on February 11 to defer a Certificate of Appropriateness application for 1076 Canton Street and approve one for a commercial rear addition at 1028 Canton Street with conditions.
Looking ahead
- The Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee will meet on February 17 to approve previous meeting minutes and consider a recommendation for the Mayor and City Council.
