The Commission will review an application for a 213 square foot commercial rear addition to the historic structure at 1028 Canton Street, along with the replacement of lighting sconces and part of the ADA ramp. Staff recommends approval with conditions, including that any changes to the chimney or vents require an administrative application and new windows must be two-over-two double hung.
