- The Mayor and Council Special Called Public Hearing on Millage Rate met on September 15 to discuss the 2025 millage rate, where Chief Financial Officer Bill Godshall clarified the tax impact for a $550,000 home under the current 4.949 millage rate versus a rollback rate.

- The Mayor and Council will meet on September 22 to consider approving a contract for a Stormwater Lining Package project, an Intergovernmental Agreement with Fulton County for Water Service and Sewer Billing, and the second reading of an Ordinance to Adopt a Millage Rate of 4.949 for Tax Year 2025.
- The Mayor and Council Special Called Meeting will meet on September 22 to consider an executive session to discuss sensitive topics related to personnel, ongoing litigation, and real estate matters.
- The Committees of Council will meet on September 23 to consider awarding contracts for the Roswell Area Park Pond Rehabilitation Project and the E911 Call Center Construction Project, and to advance the "Slow Down in Roswell" initiative.
- The Planning Commission will meet on September 23 to review a preliminary plat for the Hill Street Mixed-Use Development and discuss the Hill Street Overlay District (HSOD) Ordinance.
