Looking ahead
- The Mayor and Council will meet on September 22 to consider approving a Stormwater Lining Package project for $355,471, an Intergovernmental Agreement with Fulton County for Water Service and Sewer Billing, and the second reading of an Ordinance to Adopt a Millage Rate of 4.949 for Tax Year 2025.
- The Mayor and Council Special Called Meeting will meet on September 22 to discuss sensitive topics related to personnel, ongoing litigation, and real estate matters in an executive session.
- The Committees of Council will meet on September 23 to consider awarding a contract for the Roswell Area Park Pond Rehabilitation Project for $2,628,125, and another contract for the E911 Call Center Construction Project for $4,690,000. They will also consider advancing the "Slow Down in Roswell" initiative.
- The Planning Commission will meet on September 23 to review a preliminary plat for the Hill Street Mixed-Use Development in the Hill Street Overlay District, Area A, and discuss the recently approved Hill Street Overlay District (HSOD) Ordinance.
