Hello from Roswell! As the leaves begin to hint at a change, our local government has been busy. Here's a quick peek at what's been happening and what's coming up.

The Week in Review

  • The Design Review Board on September 2 covered several development projects, including a new fire station, modifications to the Public Safety Headquarters, a new evidence building, and the design review for Liberty Square Park.
  • The Roswell Recreation Commission Regular Meeting on September 4 reviewed the 2025 Capital Project List for parks, recreation facilities, river parks, and historic assets, and discussed updates on initiatives by the Friends of the Roswell Parks.
  • The Alcoholic Beverage License Board Meeting on September 4 addressed various applications for alcoholic beverage licenses, including new establishments, renewals, and changes to existing licenses.
  • The Roswell Recreation Commission Work Session on September 4 discussed upcoming initiatives and reviewed informational reports.
