Last week's meetings
- The Mayor and Council Special Called Public Hearing on Millage Rate met on September 15 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed millage rate of 4.949 for Tax Year 2025, which includes 4.049 for General Fund Maintenance and Operations and 0.900 for Bonded Debt Service, representing no change from the previous rate.
- The Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee met on September 16 to receive a presentation detailing the proposed draft impact fees and discuss the timeline for their adoption.
Looking ahead
- The Planning Commission will meet on September 23 to review a preliminary plat for the Hill Street Mixed-Use Development and discuss the Hill Street Overlay District (HSOD) Ordinance.
