Last week's meetings
- The Design Review Board met on March 3 to conduct an initial review of a new construction project at 10471 Alpharetta Street, requesting revised site plans and exterior elevations.
- The City of Roswell Alcoholic Beverage License Board met on March 5 to hold a public hearing to review an application from Ashley Johnson / You42 EatZ, Inc. for a Full Consumption on the Premises / Sunday Sales license for "HIGH HORSE" located at 11000 Alpharetta Hwy. Suite A.
Looking ahead
- The Mayor and Council will meet on March 9 to recognize the 2025 Fire Department C Shift Service Award recipients, consider a $427,998.64 contract for Cultural Arts Center upgrades, and review a Conditional Use Permit for a QuikTrip convenience store at 1050 Holcomb Bridge Road.
- The Roswell Public Facilities Authority will meet on March 9 to consider approving a resolution for the issuance of a $13.4 million Series 2026 revenue bond to finance various governmental projects for the City of Roswell.
- The Committees of Council will meet on March 10 to consider a trial Drone as First Responder (DFR) program, clarify residential parking regulations, and review amendments regarding commercial waste collection.
- The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on March 10 to consider a variance request to reduce the rear setback for a proposed covered porch at 114 Prospect Street and a stream buffer variance for a new home at 55 Maple Street.
- The Historic Preservation Commission will meet on March 11 to consider a change to a previously deferred partial demolition plan for 1076 Canton Street and review an application for a commercial exterior renovation at 16 Oak Street.
